I’m a mindset coach with over 10 years of experience coaching people as they break through mental barriers to create lasting change from the inside out. With a passion for how the mind can change and a deep commitment to personal growth, I bring both professional training and lived experience to my work.

For years, I struggled with my weight, self-worth, and an inner critic that just wouldn’t quit. I eventually lost 160 pounds and I’ve kept them off. I did this not through willpower or punishment, but by changing how I related to myself from the inside out. This and other personal experiences help inform my approach to coaching. 

I’ve spent years immersed in the study of mindset, emotional resilience, yoga, and compassionate communication, and other tools that help us shift how we think, feel, move, and respond. My coaching is rooted in evidence-based psychological practices, self-compassion, and the belief that lasting change begins with exploration of how we treat ourselves, especially in our most challenging moments.

Whether you’re working to overcome patterns of self-sabotage, move through a time of transition, or simply want to approach life with more intention, kindness, and clarity, I’m here to support you. My role is to gently guide you back to your own inner wisdom, help you reconnect with your values, and walk with you as you begin creating a life that truly feels like yours.
