By accessing or using our website lynncoulstoncoaching.com (“Website”), becoming a member (“Member” “Membership”), you (“you”, “user”, “client”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accepting the Terms and Conditions at membership registration, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use this Website.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Website including, but not limited to, text, images, graphics, audio, video, worksheets, software, design, and any other resources is the intellectual property of Lynn Coulston Coaching or its owners or licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. By accessing this program, you agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from Lynn Coulston Coaching. Unauthorized use of any materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.  

  1. Purpose of Services

Lynn Coulston Coaching provides mindset coaching, personal development tools, and related educational content intended for informational and self-development purposes only. Our coaching is not therapy, mental health counseling, or medical treatment. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes. 

  1. User Submissions and Ownership

You may be invited to participate in online discussions, submit or upload content to the Website, including but not limited to written text, video, images, audio recordings, and other materials (“User Content”).By submitting any User Content, you agree and acknowledge that:

  • You grant Lynn Coulston Coaching a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-exclusive, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly display and perform, sublicense, and otherwise exploit such User Content in any manner and for any purpose, including marketing and commercial use.
  • You hereby assign and transfer all rights, title, and interest in and to the User Content to Lynn Coulston Coaching including any intellectual property rights therein, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content and that such submission does not violate the rights of any third party.
  1. Client Content, Recordings, and Ownership

By participating in our coaching programs, group sessions, or any other online events hosted via this Website or affiliated platforms, you may appear in live or recorded video and audio formats. You may also be invited or permitted to submit content such as photos, videos, written reflections, testimonials, or other materials (collectively, “Client Content”). By participating and/or submitting any Client Content, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All coaching sessions (individual and group) may be recorded for internal purposes including coach training, quality assurance, content development, or program review.
  • You grant Lynn Coulston Coaching a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, fully transferable license to use, reproduce, store, adapt, edit, publish, and distribute your Client Content including your image, voice, likeness, and written or recorded contributions for any purpose related to the delivery, improvement, or promotion of our services.
  • You hereby assign and transfer all rights, title, and interest in and to the User Content to Lynn Coulston Coaching, including any intellectual property rights therein, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • You understand and agree that all such content is the sole and exclusive property of Lynn Coulston Coaching, and may be used in internal training, product development, promotional content, or future educational materials, 
  • If your content is selected for public marketing or promotional use, we will seek your explicit consent before sharing personally identifiable images, names or sensitive materials.  
  • You represent that you have the legal right to share any submitted materials and that such materials do not infringe the rights of any third party.
  1. Confidentiality 

We respect your privacy and will treat all personal information shared during coaching sessions as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or if we believe you are at risk of harm to yourself or others.

Group coaching sessions and shared forums are not confidential environments. Please use discretion when sharing personal information.

  1. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
  • Infringe on any intellectual property rights;
  • Post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or obscene material;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or any related systems.
  • Share any fellow member’s personal information shared as part of the coaching activities.
  • Solicit clients or advertise in any way within membership forums. 
  1. Payments & Refunds

All fees for coaching services, digital products, or programs are clearly listed at the point of purchase and are payable in advance.

Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products and coaching, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. We do not offer refunds for missed sessions, change of mind, or lack of results. If canceled, in lieu of a refund your membership remains available until the original expiration date and not renew thereafter.   

  1. Code of Conduct

You agree to:

  • Use the Services respectfully and professionally.
  • Refrain from using hateful, harassing, or abusive language.
  • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of others in group settings.
  1. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the membership at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lynn Coulston Coaching and Lynn Coulston, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Website or any content therein.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lynn Coulston Coaching, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Website, your membership, or violation of these Terms.

  1. Coaching and Professional Services Disclaimer

By becoming a member of Lynn Coulston Coaching, you acknowledge and agree that Lynn Coulston is not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, therapist, or other mental health professional. The services, programs, and materials offered through Lynn Coulston Coaching are intended for personal development, educational, and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, or legal advice. Participation in coaching sessions or use of provided materials is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. You are solely responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being and agree to seek appropriate professional care as needed.
